Improving your mental wellbeing could help you feel more happy and able to get the most out of life.
If you are worried about your mental wellbeing or that of someone you care for, please talk to your GP, who will be able to give you advice and identify the right level of support.
If you are in crisis and need urgent help for your mental wellbeing, please contact the Mental Health Crisis Team on 0800 0516 171 or you can get help from NHS 111 online or by calling 111. If you don’t want to speak with someone you can also text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258.
For mental wellbeing emergencies where you or someone else is in danger, call 999 or go to A&E now.
