Cann Hall Farm is incredibly well connected. The closest City to the development is Colchester, the south east of the town closest to Clacton being home to multiple business parks and centres housing SMEs from recruitment firms to marketing agencies to solicitors' offices.
Not far from Meadow Gardens are extensive grassland walks within Brook Country Park which also features from young woodland and wildflower meadows, encouraging wildlife habitation. Clacton Leisure Centre is just 2.2 miles from the development offering a gym, swimming pool and tennis courts too. The seafront is beautifully appointed with formal gardens and a sand beach. Clacton is located at the terminus of the A133 road, which runs between Clacton and Colchester.
The town is served by Clacton-on-Sea railway station, a terminus of the Sunshine Coast Line which links the town with Colchester. Trains are operated by Greater Anglia and generally run hourly to London Liverpool Street via Colchester and Chelmsford; the full journey takes approximately 90 minutes.
Stansted airport is just an hours drive from the development and offers a full schedule of flights both domestic and international year round.
